Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping destinations We ship to all EU member states and select international destinations.
Estimated delivery times
- Croatia: 1–3 business days
- Neighboring countries (Slovenia, Austria, Hungary, Bosnia): 3–5 business days
- Western & Northern EU (Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Nordics): 5–10 business days
- Eastern EU (Romania, Bulgaria, Baltic states, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia): 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Customs & duties For shipments within the EU, no customs duties apply. For orders outside the EU, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Right of withdrawal In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.
